Documents required for ESI registration include - Copy of PAN of company/partnership/firm, copy of Certificate of Incorporation / Registration certificate, a cancelled cheque, copy of electricity bill copy of rent/ lease agreement, copy of PAN and Voter ID cards of directors/partners, copy of Board Resolution if any etc.
Documents required for PF registration include - Name of the applicant, PAN card of proprietor, ID proof of the proprietor ( such as Driving licence/Passport/Election Card), address proof of proprietor, address proof for the premises, complete details of the applicant with their residential address and telephone number etc.
